Staff was great and very accommodating.

There is no kitchenware, no kettle, no coffee maker, no plates, no cups - quite unexpected at an extended stay hotel. The description "all rooms featuring a fully equipped kitchen" is misleading, it refers to the 3 included appliances - stove, fridge, microwave and nothing else. The description fails to mention that there will be no kitchenware.

My stay was double charged. Booking.com charged my credit card on check in day, and the hotel also charged my credit card two days later. I called both the hotel and Booking.com multiple times and provided receipts, but couldn't get a refund. I had to call the credit car company and dispute the transaction to finally be refunded, which is a shame

No soap, hand towels, kleenex, shampoo. No ice machine. Drink vending machine not working. No breakfast.

Walking distance to great restaurant. Evo. Everything else totally sucked. Night staff at least acted concerned. Morning manager couldn’t care less.

Everything. Primarily arriving at midnight and not being able to get into a room until 2am. And then not even complimentary late checkout. Bed bugs. Peeling paint. Roaches. Almost better to sleep in the car. I’ll never stay here again.

Nothing; disgusted.

Front desk staff was extremely rude and refused to help me with my reservation.

It was located near my job

Most of the workers were smoking right outside of the lobby. The management was disrespectful. They charged me a 50 dollar cleaning fee despite telling me someone would come clean or give me cleaning tools. They provide all the bedding material.

Location was perfect.
