This hotel has everything I was looking for. Clean room, breakfast and laundry. The staff are friendly and helpful. They take care of you housekeeping checks on you daily to see if you need anything. I've enjoyed my stay.

Customer service was excellent and I love having a kitchenette in the room.

They have new washers and dryers and you can have a small load of clothes in the dryer for an hour and they will still come out damp

Omg this is an exceptional property …whoever designed these rooms remembered everything any traveler would want … spacious large private bedroom .. clean beautiful bathrooms complete kitchen.. beautiful living space .. it by far exceeded my expectations… I never wanted to leave .. the front lobby is so modern clean .. front desk staff Linda so kind and helpful … fantastic hot breakfast…outdoor resort type space ..pool .. this hotel is the best value I ever had in a stay … and i travel a lot ..location is perfect.. staff cleaning lobby as u pass through .. making sure everything is clean and spotless .. the room was so quiet .. the bed ( beauty rest black )is probably the closest thing to sleeping on a cloud .. I just loved this place ..zero downside … booked this on booking’.com value was exceptional

The room was nice and clean

The fact that I rented this room because the facility had a pool and I found out when we got there the pool was down so was very disappointing as this was one of my childrens main activities. I feel like we should have been let know this prior to our arrival. But instead we still had to pay the same price and wasn't able to cancel because it was a non refundable booking so I was going to be charged whether we stayed or not and no discount is given for the inconvenience. The tub in one of our bathrooms was also running when we got in the room and would not turn off.

Property is in a good location, with plenty of shops and restaurants around. The food was very very good. We stayed here for a few days and got to try a variety of the breakfast, all very good! I’m thankful that there was a laundry room that didn’t require quarters, so laundry was easy! By far the shining star of this room was the walk in shower! I have never used a shower with 4 different shower heads. It was wonderful.

Cosmetic issues in room, like torn sofa cushion and chair with all the finish peeling off. None of it really bothered us though. I think the biggest issue was one night the fire alarm went off at like 9:30 pm. It was insanely loud…painfully loud… couldn’t really grab things bc you had to plug your ears loud. Then the alarm broke on our floor, and went off until 1:30 am! My family and I were down in the lobby with everyone else from the 4th floor, until it finally was fixed. There was a man that had been there for over a month, and said the alarm had gone off several times since he had been staying there. Hopefully this is a problem they can get fixed soon, bc it really was a nice stay.

We recently stayed at this hotel and wouldn't recommend it. The wi-fi was out when we got there so we couldn't get a room key. The front desk clerk had to walk us to our room. We had no wi-fi the entire stay. Then, we discovered the next morning that there was no hot water for the shower. And our room had been invaded by Japanese ladybugs, which don't bite, but do let off a gross odor if you try to squash them. We told the front desk but housekeeping didn't seem to do anything about it. I also found it a little alarming that they had "do not enter" tape blocking the emergency exit stairs next to our 2nd floor room, so if there was an emergency, it's not clear how we would have gotten out.
