Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia-Great Valley

Rooms are spacious and showers were renovated and super nice.

Was charged $385, when Booking quoted me $325. Emailed the property on Monday, yet to receive a response!

Hallways smelled so bad. Very dark and dirty. Room was not bad. Breakfast was not like other Homewood s. No waffle machine and milk tasted like it was spoiled. We didn’t even end up eating the breakfast.

It’s my favorite little private getaway. Rooms are amazing and comfortable. Mostly quiet and the customer service is amazing.

Pros - close to restaurants and shopping, friendly, accommodating staff, room and common area very clean. Cons - Although clean, furnishings were worn, faucet in kitchenette didn’t work, breakfast so-so and inconsistent quality from day to day, exercise room very HOT and uncomfortable Definitely a bare bones place to stay

Pretty decent place

Wonderful staff, clean property and easily accessible to highway. Within 10 mins from restaurants and stores.

1. No sheets or pillows for the sleeper sofa. When I called the front desk, no answer. When I went down to the desk to get sheets, I received attitude from the man working the desk including vulgarities as he complained about being on his 16th straight day of work. 2. Toilet would not flush. Called the front desk and they requested for me, the guest, to come down to the desk to get a plunger. 3. No hot water in the shower. 4. Room was musty.

The staff was great and the property is dog friendly. A+
