Nice staff and clean. A bit dated decor in the rooms. Need to improve lighting and brighter finishes. The room we had had a portable AC unit. It worked well but they should have told us it was in there and why at the time of check in.

Tried to check in close to 3pm. Room wasn’t ready. Waited over half hour before it was ready. Wasn’t given the usual Hilton honors bottle of water. Not a big deal , but still. Room was fantastic size for what we needed. TV’s are not smart tv’s which for us , was a downer. We like to sign into our own accounts to watch our shows. Not enough usb outlets in bedroom area. Bathroom was gross, mold. Rust.

The cleanliness of the room upon arrival wasn’t great. The room king size bed was clean excluding that the floor wasn’t clean (still had hair shedding from the person prior) the floor to the shower hasn’t been cleaned in a while, the pull out couch had yellow and brown stains.
