I was disrespected by that person working the front desk. Candace or whatever name she claim her name was beyond rude and disrespectful. She told me either take the room she assigned me or just leave the property. So I left and I DO NOT RECOMMEND. Now I'm trying to get my money back and can't .

I was told that my payment from booking.com did not pay for all three rooms so I was forced to pay for a room on site. I then spoke to another worker who checked my booking and said it was all paid for so I think I was scammed.
