Nice comfy property away from the downtown noise and chaos. Restaurant on site has great food and there is a really handy airport shuttle

People were very friendly and attentive to our needs. They were also able to help us with local information which made our stay more enjoyable.

Set in beautiful area with splendid views. Staff very helpful and bedrooms bright, spacious and most comfortable.

My room reeked of cigarettes. The sheets, bed, and bathroom all smelt like someone was just in there smoking. It was extremely hot even with the plug in fan. The staff was very friendly but I was not impressed with the room for how much I paid for it.

Staff members were great. Property a bit out of town so quiet. Shuttle service was awesome. The restaurant was not very busy but should be because we had awesome food. We were told they had hired a new chef. Not only could he cook but he was personable and pleasant. Older property so had to carry luggage up and down stairs which was not fun but once or twice we asked someone to help and they did.

The staff was superb! Thank you, all. They bent oved backwards to help us.

Leah at front desk is rudest person I met in Alaska. Told her we were flying into waterfront terminal and needed transportation to motel. Told me there is only one airport in Ketchikan and that we needed to take the ferry over to Ketchikan and then call her, then she hung up. Called later. Spoke to someone else who then sent shuttle to waterfront terminal. Her rudeness continued after we arrived. Talked like a robot and did not appreciate my interruptions for questions.
