Good staff provided what you needed when asked.

The service was excellent at this hotel. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The food in the restaurant was very good and the prices were competitive. The room was not huge but was comfortable and clean. We had deck with an ocean view and were treated to viewing whales, otters and seals during our stay. Due to COVID and being early May, the hotel was not crowded, which was nice. The gentleman at the front desk, Will, was really nice and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

We were looking for: affordable, waterside, airport shuttle. This met the criteria so it was perfect! Modified continental breakfast, restaurant wasn’t open so can’t comment. Front staff and housekeeping were great. Thank you Will for taking us to the airport ferry!

The service is top notch. They picked us up on short notice from the ferry and offered to shuttle us to restaurants and the store. They are extremely friendly and the rooms are always clean. The rooms are a little but small but still worth the reasonable price. I would recommended staying here if your ever in Ketchikan Alaska.

I had a beautiful view of the water. It was quiet and the staff were very accommodating. It was very comfortable. I would definitely stay there again.

Great place my visit

On arrival, I was asked to provide my credit card for hold of the room (which is not unusual and so I did). I was then charged for the room (again). After telling the clerk that I had already paid for the room via Expedia and that I should not have been charged she said she was new and couldn’t refund me till the manager got there in the AM. The manager refunded in the AM. - There is no AirCon. So I had to leave the balcony door open but the very large hotel name sign was super bright and shined right into my room. At 1am, I called and asked about what could be done. They kindly turned off the hotel sign for me.- I scheduled appt time with the hotel for the shuttle to take me to the ferry. She advised me that 7:45am would be sufficient to catch the ferry... needless to say, I missed my flight cause it was not enough time and next flight out isn’t for another 2 days later. I booked at another hotel with hopefully better service.

Friendly. Very accommodating. Quiet, and excellent breakfast. Great place to stay in Ketchikan!
