The Ketch Inn

Our room was never cleaned even after asking each morning. The beds were so badly worn that you literally sink into the center where the springs had collapsed. Sad. This property has so much potential.

Very clean and during this off-season, a bargain. Good restaurant and the included breakfast is a real meal: bacon, eggs, potatoes, toast, and coffee. Only critique is their towels are actually hand towels. Its difficult to dry off with a 20" towel, but to me it was minor given the whole.

The staff were super friendly and very accommodating. I loved the balcony to look at the water in the morning. It was a great place to stay, wished I could have stayed longer.

We were impressed with the customer service. The Chef even took the time to ask about our meal. My husband wanted his eggs basted and they were perfect Great location on the water while the sea lions and seals entertained us for an outstanding breakfast. The waiter was kind and attentive. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Every staff I encountered provided excellent service. Beds were super comfy and being able to upgrade to a full breakfast for $5 was a bargain. The shuttle service was excellant and having pet friendly rooms was just what I needed. I'll definitely stay here again.

I loved the view, and the staff. The additional shuttle service to different places other than just the airport is an excellent and convenient service.

The dinners were excellent with good service! Breakfast on the other hand took 20 minutes, the over-easy eggs were served with broken yokes and burnt bacon; I have never seen such thin gravy with broken up cold sausage for biscuits and gravy. .

Best service I have ever had for a hotel stay. I travel a lot and stay at hotels that cannot give the service my wife and I received at the Edgewater. Milan's crew, Natalie, Sterling, Emily, Sarah, Sherry, Lynn, Liz, and Sally, are the best. I can't wait to go back. The Edgewater was clean and comfortable. A bit out of town, which was great, but the crew made sure we had rides for everything. The crew even took us on a boat ride, and also, brought us to see the bears in the creek. Thank you all so very much. I can't thank you all enough. My wife was so happy. We will be back. Thanks to all of you again.

Room wasn’t ready at check in time - scheduled months earlier. Room was quiet even though hotel was right on the highway. Front desk was consistently excellent. Driver of shuttle was extra helpful Beds were well worn and saggy in the middle (taco beds) Pop machine was out of order. Walmart was 10 min walk away though as a backup. Restaurant server was a bit grumpy and seemed to have a take it or leave it attitude. c
