Full fridge and freezer plus the kitchenette

So bad. It is at the level of i am disgusted with the room. The chairs are all with stains. I cannot even sit there. I asked for dining related such as plate and utensils but they said nothing is available at that time (almost midnight). We also found roaches in the kitchen in our room.

the elevator was broke. the vent in bathroom looked to have been cleaned. a lot of cracks and chips on wall in room. bathroom door didn’t shut. the bedding could’ve been cleaner or replaced. outlets didn’t have covers.

The online booking. And the access to the highway was easy. My car didn’t get broken into and I was in it for most of the night.

The staff was outside smoking at arrival/evening. Staff Entered with a dog that was sick. The staff was very rude. Later that night, The room was filthy and the hotel smelled. Morning/Breakfast was over at 7:30 am. She didn’t speak and started that she was not putting out any more food. The vendor machine is around the corner. She said that I couldn’t get a refund and she didn’t give receipts. I had 2 rooms. The floor tripped me because it was water damage.

The hotel was good for the price. The front desk was helpful. The only thing was the condition of the room was outdated. The fridge had rust on the outside, one of the drawers on the TV stand was broken, and the fan in the bathroom was very loud. But those just show the age of the building; nothing that made it a bad stay.
