GBPHSo glad we booked here! The room, garden, and location are all perfect! We get a room upstairs and a kitchen downstairs. We get a lot of space and we can cook. We have our own refrigerator and stove. We have a balcony with a relaxing view and it has a hammock. It is a place you feel like you can breathe and relax. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Staff are so nice. We arrived 7:30 AM and they let us in already as the room is ready. It feels like we get a house for the price of a room compared to other accomodations. Even the room upstairs is spacious. Love it!
For improvement: I hope they put a full body mirror inside the room. This is important for us girls.
PHI love to walk and this place is walking distance to Catagnan bridge. Spacious, comfortable bed, good working AC, clean, and peaceful/quiet at night.
NLIt has everything you need. The location is central, but quiet.
The cleanliness could be a bit better.

The water has low pressure, so I can't even use the shower. There's no staff at the reception area and the gate in front of my villa is always open so anyone can enter the place.
