A bit of a distance from the main town where the evening fun is. But you can easily take a 10-15 minutes local motorcycle ride.

GBGardens are pretty and well looked after. The rooms are nice, spacious, shower was ok. there is hot and cold drinking water available in the reception area and a cooking area. Hotel is a bit of a walk from cloud 9 area which suited us, and a 10 min walk from sunset bridge. Lots of tuk tuks around to get you to places. Couple of local shops and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The bed wasn’t that comfy, mattress didn’t fit. We had 3 cockroaches during our stay. The road outside can be noisy but not every night. Took 45 minutes to check in to our room

GBSuper spacious room with its own little kitchenette and porch. Everything well functioning and clean, set in a lovely garden in a perfect quiet part of General Luna. Close enough to the action but set apart and tranquil.

NOThe location itself and the friendly accommodating staff. Ate and Kuya was helpful answering our inquiries and needs esp.renting motorbike with helmet. Very convenient and big room. Best place to stay near Cloud 9 if you peace and relaxing place. It is near shops, restos.bars and surfing area. Good value for the money. I will book here again.
The door in the toilet cannot be locked.

Cracks in windows allowed many mosquitoes in. Property never cleaned the room over 8 days. Bathroom toilet barely could flush. The bathroom sink barely worked. Came into the bathroom over a couple days and found a tiny snake one day, a giant spider as big as my hand another day, and many cockroach over all the days. They never changed towels, did not provide shampoo, towels were thin and bad, room looked very dirty. But the bathroom was the worst.
