Absolutely NOTHING. This place should be closed with the amount of construction they’re doing

Everything. The entire first floor was under construction, lobby was in a guest room, construction debris everywhere including the upper floors. Dirty washcloths in the room, hair all over the pillows, stained or dirty pillowcases and sheets. Disgusting

Conveniently sited for the Lebanon area. Close to Dartmouth hospital. This was an entirely satisfactory hotel for our purposes. It’s in the process of a renovation but despite that it was comfortable and very clean. Vicki at reception really could not have been more friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but very good with cereal and cooked options. It was all we needed it to be for a night or two’s stay and next time we’re in the area we’d have no hesitation in using it again.

It can’t be easy undertaking a major renovation but despite this the hotel functions perfectly well. It doesn’t affect the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and common breakfast and reception areas.

Check in was terrible. The clerk was in a tizzy trying to get the reservation straight. She kept telling me I didn't have a reservation, I showed her the confirmation and she said that I was not me. It took almost 30 minutes to check in. Meanwhile a long line was forming. She was over her head with the computer..

Very disappointed that the pool is intentionally kept at 70, and no jacuzzi
