Hampton Inn White River Junction

The location, convenience and facility was spectacular. It is modern, clean and quiet.

The heater in the room was a little sluggish, but still functional. Breakfast was decent.

The signage for the hotel was a little confusing at night; at first we went to the wrong building. Otherwise the hotel was good. The breakfast had a lot of choices; both hot and cold options which we appreciated. The room was clean and the bedding comfortable.

The hotel and room were exceptionally clean, which is very important. Plenty of towels, the breakfast hot items were very good, coffee was excellent! Plenty of parking convenient parking. We took baking classes at King Arthur four Company , so the location of your hotel was very close.

Unfortunately, the mattress was extremely hard for me, I did not sleep well , tossed and turned all night. When i checked in , I did not notice there wasn’t a shower curtain in the bathroom, so when I went to take a shower at 6:30AM the next morning, it was a bit of a challenge, did have to use two of the big towels to mop up the water. I requested a shower curtain when I went down for breakfast and the front desk said they would take care of it. I didn’t get back to the hotel until 9PM that night, and noticed no shower curtain. I called down to front desk and there was no answer, so I had a second morning of no shower curtain, and housekeeping did not replace the 2 big towels I used the morning before, so I used 4 hand towels to mop up the water. Finally, the shower curtain was put up when i notified the front desk that third day that I needed a shower curtain

Gave us the wrong room at first with one king bed when we had expected two queen beds for the three of us . It also had a bad odor. They said they didn’t have two queens because they were full. . Called us 10 min later and then had found a room.
