Las Vegas Marriott

The hotel is renovating the front desk area. Some odor was present at the entrance but not on the room floor.

It will take you a few minutes to walk to the Strip but it does not bother us at all. The management was considerate. They sent me an email to confirm arrival time etc; they actually replied my emails, which was amazing because other hotels would only send you do-not-reply emails. We got a upgraded sphere view room which we enjoyed every day and night. We took quite a few photos every day, and spent significant time to watch the image shows on the sphere (a photo attached). The breakfasts were probably among the best breakfasts per American standard. They offer eligible Marriott Bonvoy elite members free buffet or à la carte breakfasts (there was no club lounge). The only inconvenience we had was the bathroom doors, which were operated in a weird way.

No hot water in the sink I called the office they send the plumbing but he make it worse he make the cold water very slow and the hot water still not working for 3 days, I need my money back

Was shocked and disappointed when we first walked into our room. The photos were much nicer than the room itself was which was very outdated and much smaller than the photos led you to believe. Wallpaper peeling off the wall, bathroom not so nice. We spent the morning looking for another hotel to move into. Too bad when you have such a short amount of time in Vegas. The front desk staff though I must say were very pleasant and helpful. They balanced out our crummy room. Though I knew that they were rennovating the lobby area and restaurants, we should have been warned about the room conditions. I could see staying there if we had gotten a good deal on the room but was pretty much the going rate. Got an even cheaper rate at the Hilton.

Perfect location for an event at the convention center. Otherwise, it's a good location.

Beware of the charge to connect to the wifi in the building if you are not a member of their Bonvoy club. The Marriott website clearly lists Free Wifi under amenities (and not just free for members), but then they charge you.

Excellent service!

Very nice comfortable and clean hotel. its 10 mins from the strip and across the LV convention center. Staff is extremely nice, go out of their way to help. Breakfast is not worth the money, the quality of food not so great. Other than, a great place to stay to be away from the noise of the strip

The room size and the location of the hotel makes it easy to get in and out.

When we were there, the hotel is undergoing a renovation. It gets a bit noisy in the morning when we want to sleep in.
