Arrived to the hotel after a long day on the road! Was awoke at 1230 am by our neighbors in the next room over having a party ! The front desk was able to move us to a different room. The new room was quiet but had no hot water in the shower!

"Incorrect description and unacceptable place to stay "

The room is not even close to the picture. The entrance door is awful. The bar in the bathroom is loose. No tissues. There wals a wet towel in the bathroom. The breakfast is coffee, juice and granola bar. The whole "hotel" is disastrous. The receptionist has poor air conditioner, looks not taking care. The place need a total and serious renovation.

I was on crutches and they gave me a room by the pool. So walking with my luggage was hard. They knew i was on crutches

"Horrible smelling rooms. Disgusting!"

Most disgusting smelling room ever. Absolutely disgusting and literally made us sick! Tried changing rooms and they advised us that all of the rooms smelled that way. We ended up leaving and coming back home. We missed the race, paid for tickets we didn’t use, and paid for a rokm we didn’t use.

Worse smell ever in room, tub wouldn't drain sink stopped up ac unit so loud. Not just our room talked with others. Staff was friendly

I will say the staff so nice but the room. When you walk in aweful moldey, musky smell, don't wear your white socks because they will be black. Tub did not drain,sink took 15 minutes to drain. Had to go buy towels because there's stunk so bad. Was cheap but never again will I stay here But staff was friendly.
