"Roaches and unsanitary "

The rooms are infested with cockroaches and if you try to get a refund they tell you they can’t give you a refund. They will just change rooms. I saw between seven and eight very active cockroaches in the room. When we entered the room we noticed stains, hairs and unchanged bedsheets…but I was willing to let that go because there were no other places to stay in the area. But when I tried to get in the shower, and there were already two cockroaches taking a shower I was alarmed with red flags. Within minutes cockroaches were coming out of all the corners. It was a serious infestation. The person at the front desk was like talking to a brick wall. I will leave this review on every platform possible and I will get friends to write reviews until this company is held accountable. I want a full refund. No one deserves to stay in a room infested with an active infestation.

"Good"

The room had roaches and front desk was like what do you want me to do. Housekeeping lady was there and changed our room. Refrigerator in room was dirty and microwave was dirty. The looks on website of hotel and rooms on website false .

If I get my $50.00 deposit back when I check out then Helen at the front desk was great. In all my travels I don’t recall making any deposit while check in. We shall see.

"Will never Stay here again"

The room didn’t look clean at all. The bedding had stains on it. Walking up to the room, you could tell the cleaning crew did a horrible job cleaning the windows since there’s smudge on the inside of the windows. As soon as I saw the roaches, I checked out of the hotel. Will never stay here again.

"Could be worse, could be a lot better"

They recently renovated but when I say renovated, they basically just slapped a fresh coat of paint. The bathroom was pretty pathetic with a half empty shampoo/conditioner bottle. I found a pile that the housekeeper swept near the door that had a cockroach in it. The bed was made well and clean, however. It’s cheap but still not really worth the price in my opinion.

"Not for everyone!"

Not like the picture online at all. I'm a single woman that was traveling with my young son and I would not recommend. The room was nice/big but the bathroom was dirty. It would not be a bad room for a man or couple looking for an inexpensive place to stay for one night.

The room was rundown and dirty. Saw bedbugs and there was stains on linen and bed cover. I overall was not expecting that the room will be in this condition for the price paid.
