Upon check in on Friday night around 10:00p.m ish my daughter and myself observed tiny bugs crawling on the floor, around air condition unit, refrigerator, when we turned on the bathroom light a couple of small roaches ran around and disappeared through the wall cracks and the room was stuffy, not a pleasant experience to the point that my daughter was terrified and refused to sleep in the room #117, I had to make alternate arrangements. 2. Next day Sat May 6 around 6:30 a.m. I left for a graduation ceremony and came back late night, upon arrival, I noticed a lot more bugs running rampage as soon as I turned on the light. My room was not made up and was filthy, no toilet single toilet roll, upon check in it was a half-used toilet roll without extra or spare. So I called the staff on duty which happened to be Helen. I lodged complaints and dissatisfaction with my experience. Helen doubted my complaints about bugs instead of investigating my report and never showed concern or offer me an alternate room, I requested her to come and verify my complaint, I had pictures on killed bugs but she refused empathize or show concern and blamed me for not reporting it on Friday, unbelievable behavior. I repeated my request for toilet roll because there was no none but she ignored me and never came by or send someone, very unfortunate indeed. 3. When I reserved the room continental breakfast was part of the package, but the facility did not provide breakfast. Before checkout on Sunday May 7th, I requested to speak to a shift manager and Kathy who was there at the time said she was and I laid my complaint, she was sorry about the situation and advised she will look into it. This will be my time lodging at Days Inn, Benson, and I NOT be willing to recommend allow someone go through the deplorable experience I went through. So sad! Tell us about your experience with Days Inn by Wyndham Benson’s enhanced health and sanitation measures. The bug infested room needs be disinfested and properly sanitized, deodorized and properly ventilated, bedsheets/comforters because I observed stain on my comforter and never used it. Please share any additional comments about your experience with Breakfast. Real Continental breakfast needs be provide as advertised during reservation.

I wish I could get my money back from this stay. The location of this Days Inn was next to the highway so I heard every single car pass by at night. I felt unsafe and it was shady, especially since I’m a woman. The room wasn’t terribly dirty but it also wasn’t the cleanest hotel. Cleanliness could improve. Also toilet of my bathroom was loose.

Quick stay

stained sheets, old furniture, old gross bedding, beds not comfortable, outside horrible , not maintained, would never have stayed there but all other hotels were booked, because there was a music festival in the area. We just stopped to sleep on drive north to New York, didn't know how far we would get that day, I was so unfordable , thought there would bed bugs and I could catch something there, plus it was so loud , because it was close to Route 95, too close.

My room was absolutely filthy. Throw up all in the toilet, some white splatters dripping down the mirror I don't even want to know what it was, dirty linens, hair in tub... One of the dirtiest rooms I've seen in a long time. When I called reception for house keeping she said theh were gone for the evening and she didn't know when they wouldbbe back even the next day. I asked for cleaning supplies so I could do it myself which she refused to provide. I even asked if there was a store nearby (the area is middle of nowhere and NIT convenient to Raleigh if you're using Uber/Lyft; it took me 3 hours to get a ride back on a Saturday night and had to pay $150 one way) and was told there were no stores with cleaning supplies nearby. Would NOT recommend unless there's absolutely nothing else available for a 20 mile radius as was the case for me.

Everything in my room was in good shape. The bed was comfortable. The room was larger than I expected. Parking was convenient. I would definitely book there again.

Facility is in poor repair, 1.5 inch gap at bottom of door, bathroom had hair on floor, coffee area dirty.

Room was clean.

The property way easy to get to and was located in an area close to eateries. Rooms had microwaves and refrigerators whch was very convenient and rooms were clean. Enjoyed our stay
