I was notified after my check-in time that the hotel had oversold rooms (why is that even a thing? Just sell the amount of rooms that are actually available) and I would be placed in a different hotel. I was travelling when I received that notification, and a last second change like that was not appreciated.

We stayed here for 4 nights for our anniversary. The entire staff is amazing! Noah at the front desk was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Beth at the restaurant was so attentive and knowledgeable. She really made our stay wonderful. We will definitely be back!

Have not stayed at the hotel but the secret Anchor Bar in the cellar is really great! Steve the bartender makes amazing cocktails and there is live music most Wednesday evenings. The second Wednesday of every month features real sea music perfectly appropriate for Fells Point. Lots of fun!

Walk…no run to this wonderful and comfortable hotel. The room was absolutely wonderful…clean, fresh and inviting. The staff was available to answer every request..big or small. The staff members..Ms Sparkle, Ms Krystal and Nick…OMG…treats you as if you are family. They were very professional, proficient and polite. Customer service at its best. If you see the GM she will also make sure you are taking care of. Are you hungry..then don’t leave the hotel just go to the restaurant and let Jerome and Rochelle work their majic…your taste buds will thank you. I can’t wait for my next visit. The location is very good, and over all it’s a nice old building renovated in a nice way.

My main problem was that in the afternoon the water in the shower were not hot, rather warm. I draw the attention of the staff three consecutive times but for not avail. Taking shower in this cold weather in merely warm water is not very agreeable. Second, the bed was atttached to the wall also with its length, creating access only from one side which is neither desirable.

Location, comfort, value

No pool, valet parking is pricey, needs better soundproofing/blackout curtains for windows, needs a dedicated lounge space with comfortable couches and furniture in their tavern with the bar—not just tables and chairs by the bar.
