The staff were very friendly and attentive. The design was beautiful. The location was great, right at the center of Fells Point with cute streets, shops and bars.

The rooms weren’t properly cleaned. The water wasn’t hot enough. There is so much noise from the street on weekend nights we kept waking up.

Stayed there many times over the years. I always enjoy the rabbit warren layout. I miss the guy in the lobby dressed in 17th century clothes talking history.

Dirty windows in the dining room. All of the staff were nice and pleasant. They rotated through everyday which was a little disconcerting to deal with new people everyday … any personal rapport was truly lost..

Excellent staff, greetings, comfortable bed and bath was beautifully designed. Location is perfect. Right by the water, close to good restaurants and entertainment.

I had stayed here before when it was under renovation and had a much better experience. This time, there were no outlets visible for plugging in my computer and cell phone. I had to search for outlets, and finally found a power strip behind the desk. Lighting was poor. One lamp by the bed, and a dim one on the desk A standing lamp could be very helpful by the door. Shower had tepid rather than hot water. I expect more from a Hilton.

Hotel was clean, rooms were comfortable, and the location is great if your planning on visiting Fells Point A ton of walkable places. Valet was overwhelmed and it is a bit of a hiccup but nothing that would prevent me from staying here again.

The location is perfect. We have stayed here before, but it was under different owners. The updates were great! The staff was friendly and we were able to get an early checkin. This was not needed, but made our stay even better!

The temperature in the room was very hot and dry. We felt it in the middle of the night, and in that state couldn't fiure out if, or how to turn it down. A humidifier would have been great too.

$65 for valet parking is abit outrageous As well as $3 for the small bottle of water in your room - that should’ve been complementary!

Nice room, good location, but....when we arrived there was no valet parking attendant ( street parking is very limited), no attendant to retrieve the car when we were leaving, couldn't get the room heater to work, no live television.

Definitely a cool little spot. Right in the heart of Fell’s Point: cobblestone streets, cool bars, fly restaurants, right by the water. Baltimore is def a vibe. Didn’t know what to expect, but it certainly exceeded expectations.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They met all of our needs and did with big smile! Kudos to all of the front desk workers. The hotel is very cool and nostalgic, but definitely needs an overhaul with the infrastructure, especially the sewer systems.
