"Disappointed"

This is our first time at the Chatham Bars Inn. Celebrating my retirement. Rooms are expensive even in late April and early May. We stayed two nights and I had to ask to get the room cleaned 3 times. We came back from dinner at 7:30 PM and the room was still not cleaned.I was promised by the front desk that it would be cleaned at 3 PM after 2 failed attempts. It is protocol to clean rooms every day as they cost over $500/night. This hotel is overrated and this should never happen at a resort of this caliber.

"Very relaxing , exceptional food, great weekend get away"

The view, and the access to everything was easy to walk too

I realize its the start of a new season and we had a tough winter. But I found that it could use a face lift. Some areas of the spa pool need repair , and my room needed maintenance with the air conditioning, bed / mattress way too soft couldnt get out of it easily. Chairs starting to sag.

"1-year Wedding Anniversary Celebrated the Right Way!"

We had a great experience overall - such a beautiful property to celebrate our 1-year wedding anniversary. The staff were friendly and welcoming; the spa suite was amazing, the spa was equally amazing, and the food and drinks at Sacred Cod were so good! The 10 minute walk to Main Street was very nice. We can't wait to come back in the summer and experience the beach, pool, and other amenities!

It was alright but I have stayed at far nicer places with more amentities and support staff for same Or less price . The pool wasn’t heating and there were no pool attendants

Always a fantastic getaway for an evening or weeks vacation! The Spa rooms are our favorite although you will want to stay during the colder months to take full advantage of all the amenities

"Chatham Bars Inn"

Amazing resort!! We celebrated out 25th wedding anniversary over a long weekend. We plan to return in the future, as the resort is immaculate, peaceful and the staff very accommodating.
