The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. There was a problem with the hot water, but it was addressed immediately and resolved.

Very nice historic hotel with high end upgrades without comprising the original charm.

We booked a last-minute stay and were quite surprised. The stay was exceptional. Although we had to climb two flights of stairs to get to our room, it was well worth it. The bathroom was wonderful, and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be going here in the near and far futures.

Lovely place. Food at the restaurant was great. My bedroom was really nice. Only downside was all the vehicle chargers where Tesla and I have a Ford Lightning so I couldn't charge up. Worked out find since I had plenty of charge to drive home the next day. I just like to charge up at night so I'm always topped up.

Moldy shower curtains no hot water first night and then took over 30 minutes to get hot water. Over all was clean but not deep cleaned.
