1.Being on the top floor, backside of hotel, and at the end of hallway, so very quiet and pleasant to sleep. 2. Location close to parents that I was visiting. 3. Check-in staff very helpful and friendly since I had a late arrival.

1. Breakfast selection, biscuits were burnt, oatmeal runny, and yogurt in bowl exposed to elements or people coughing or sneezing, muffins, coffee bland, no decaf coffee, or flavored coffee creamer.

The room was clean and a nice size

The front desk attendant Margaret was the most rude indignant person I’ve ever met. I could not get a receipt for my purchase. When I asked how much total would be charged in total from items added to my room. She replied with Damn all this they didn’t tell you how much it was to stay here as if it was a bother to ask how much I was gonna be charged
