Hyatt Place Detroit/Livonia

They could of had more of a verity for breakfast like cream cheese for bagles or fruit also they need to clean a little more cause I found a fork in the couch in our room and a ice lid under the couch other then that wonderful place to stay better then other places around

Save yourself the frustration and stay elsewhere - this hotel does not meet Hyatt brand standards and the owner is obviously pinching pennies for maximum profit. The hotel is understaffed, poorly run, and the staff clearly does not care and is just going through the motions. The rooms are not kept up, dirty, the housekeeping is dismal, the beds are lumpy and are probably the original mattress form when this property opened. If you think you'll get a nice breakfast, think again - the breakfast area was a health violation waiting to happen. I realize it can be difficult to keep up with an almost 100% occupancy rate, but with appropriate staffing and training, along with an owner who cares about experience over profit, this is obtainable. Stay away from this Hyatt Place. The Courtyard across the highway is 10 times better.

I did not take part in the breakfast🤨🤨🤨 There was NO fresh fruit. I personally don’t like pancakes & I don’t eat sausage 😔😔 Bathroom too small I didn’t like the separation of bathroom and sink😒😒😒😒
