i was happy with the breakfast biscuits and the server also. the front desk the heat in my room kept blowing cold air then hot hair i think that can be address room 512 on 1/8 to 1/12/26 quit nice place and rooms are so large

Everything was perfect phone worked in room internet worked and pool was open it could have been warmer but a wonderful stay and they accommodated for my autistic son thinking on booking in the future 😀

Everything is great and the staff was great. The room was clean and the only problem was the television didn’t work, but we went there to watch TV. We had a retirement party

This is a great hotel - always very clean and a wonderful staff. I stay here twice a year and find the breakfast has improved since my last visit because of small things like herbs added to the scrambled eggs and the addition of sour dough bread for toast. I love that there is now coffee available in the lobby 24/7. I'm looking forward to my next visit in May.

I was disappointed with our stay here on January 3-4. When we arrived at the front counter to check in, the attendant hardly greeted us as she had headphones in and appeared to be on FaceTime or watching videos. She did not inform us when check out was, or what time breakfast was available for the next morning. Our room was clean, pretty standard for a Hyatt. At night the room was either freezing or extremely hot as the thermostat was at the other end of the room and it had a hard time regulating the temperature. The bed linens were horrible since it only included a top sheet and a thin quilt like blanket. We were cold all night and had to use the bath towels as extra weight and layers for warmth. The breakfast was AWFUL; the "eggs" were a dry cumbly mess, potatoes were basically uncooked, everything was cold and lacked flavor. We took 2 bites of our food and left to go to a restaurant because it was so gross. In recent years we have stayed at the Holiday Inn Express down the street from this location and highly regret not going back there since we had a MUCH better experience. I would never recommend this Hyatt to anyone and typically I love Hyatt Hotels.
