1 of 2 elevators did not work. Room was not super clean. Only oatmeal for breakfast. No sign in room for breakfast time or checkout time. No do not disturb signs.

They would do better providing appropriate breakfast and able to refill within the scheduled time

Smelly halls, room had full beds instead of the advertised queens, seemed like extra thin walls where we heard crying baby from across the hall and a few doors down.

I would love have to given an excellent rating across the board, however, we had a king size bed for 2 adults with only 3 pillows that were as flat as pancakes. It was very late when we returned to our room, so unfortunately, we were too tired to address the issue. In the future, please consider the number of adults checking into the room. We also reserved a suite and there were no extra blankets available in case we wanted to relax in the living room section of our room. Everything else with the property and room was excellent. We love Extended Stay properties and plan on returning to this location soon. My hopes are that these issues are addressed before we return.

Okay, nothing great. Smoky smell. The room was pretty clean but other areas of the hotel not so much.

Nice size room for the price. Extra cost for high speed Wifi for streaming was unexpected but also unecessary.

I would not have not called that a breakfast. Nurti Grain bars and nature valley granola bars are not my idea of breakfast.

I am going to start with the best things and move to the worst. Check-in was very quick and easy. The location was great, also very easy to get into and out of. The hotel staff was kind, and the beds were comfortable. The room was adequate, nothing special, but everything we needed. Only one of the 2 elevators was working, and it wasn't the fastest. The biggest complaint I have is the "Continental breakfast". That is in quotes because that is not at all what was available. This was truly the absolute worst excuse for a breakfast I have ever seen, and the free breakfast was one of the reasons I chose this hotel. The offerings were an empty refrigerator, a cooler that was not stocked for guests, a few options of instant oatmeal, crunchy granola bars, chocolate muffins, and bad coffee. No fruits, bread, yogurts, juice, milk, or anything fresh. No bowls or other dishware beyond the plastic spoons. Also, the actual eating area was not set up for eating. Chairs and trash on the bar top. I did ask if the breakfast was closed (it was 8 am on Saturday) and was assured that it was as fully set up and as ready as it would be. I have included photos of the "breakfast". Overall, I would not say they lived up to the word "Premier" in their name, but I would potentially stay here again for the price and location.

Breakfast options were terribly limited. Fresh fruit would go a long way.
