Shower head was not in good condition. Toiilet seat was also broken and TV was also not working. Staff was just saying try this and that.

dirty and not really friendly. AND charged 105 dollars OVER THE QUOTE!!! Tried to reach out 3 calls later they say contact Expedia huh.....how????? I can't get ahold of anyone without signing in which requires a code that did not come to my email which I am on. This is BS WATCH YOUR INVOICES PEOPLE THANKS FOR NOTHING EXPEDIA

Only good is room is spacious other than that nothing as expected.. stay included complimentary breakfast but not much items . Only coffee and few packed muffins and protein bars. Room AC is very noisy

pretty clean, room was nice, lots of parking.

The breakfast is not what I would expect but overall I was pleased with the facility. If I could suggest something for improvement is the breakfast

Unit 214 was dirty. Sofa bed had macroni and cheese and sparkles all over the inside.it was covered in plastic like it was cleaned. The floor was filthy. Breakfast was a joke nothing to eat but stale muffins and coffee. No one at the front desk except at night. No bedding available. Front door broken hard to lock. It was nothing like the Hyatt that it was previously.

Unfortunate to give this review but would not want anyone else to suffer or endure what i had to. Booked the suite room for 4 adults and a kid. The room does not have sufficient blankets or comforters or linen. Has 1 comforter for 4 adults and when checked with staff, they said they dont have any. Seriously i booked for 4 people and you are expecting 4 adults to share one comforter.?? Kitchen is a name sake and nothing worked not even the induction worked, we had real tough time. No breakfast (don't give in to complimentary breakfast), its just muffins. I will not book this again nor prefer Extended stay in the future.

Room with dirt on the floor, dirty elevators and moldy bathrooms, small bath towels and insufficient for the number of people!!

I never leave reviews, but this stay left me no choice. Just look at the pictures I posted this place is filthy from top to bottom. The hallways, the rooms, everything was dirty. The towel shown was used just to clean the floors, and the box spring was stained and nasty I had to check for bed bugs because it looked that bad.My sheets were dirty, the end tables were still dusty, and there was black mold in the caulking around the shower. The toilet base had dried urine around it, and the caulking was stained yellow from not being cleaned properly. The worst part? The vanity had dried vomit all over it. I started cleaning and couldn’t believe how filthy everything was.On the first night, I actually went to Walmart and bought a mop and bleach just to feel somewhat comfortable staying there. Completely unacceptable conditions. This place should be shut down for a deep cleaning and inspection. I went down to get a coffee pot bc the room didn’t have one in it. You would think it did since I got the room with a kitchenette. Anyways I was told they can check if they have one. Then I asked for a filter/coffee or do I have to go get that. I was told I had to supply that. I said ok maybe I will just come down for coffee in the morning was then told the machine in the lobby was broken. Let’s just say red barn next door is shut down and now I see why. This place needs to do better. Get staff that want to work or supply the staff with the tools to complete the job. If not you won’t last

The hotel was gross. Room smelled and the hotel was not clean. Hotels.com would not assist with obtaining a refund.
