Property clean. Aged, but still kept up and clean. Staff was very nice. Polite. Friendly.

Overall experience was NOY GOOD!!! Checkin: Single King is common room size. Even with mid afternoon arrival, staff claimed heavy bookings restricted options. Room assigned couldn’t have been further from elevator Room security was highly questionable. HAD TO SLAM DOOR SHUT to secure door lock. Very unnerving when not in room. It was directly in fromt of stairwell door. Bathroom cleanliness was UNACCEPTABLE! Shower & room floor unclean + frequent mold spots. BREAKFAST: “Grab & Go” doesn’t cut it. Limited self-serve pre-packaged food as well as machine brewed coffee hardly qualifies as amenity Have chosen this facility for several years … prior to Extended Stay America taking over this facility. It hardly merits being classified as typical hotel/motel choice. Solution: Make radical changes OR get outta business

We reserved this hotel because it had a pool and we were traveling with children. Not til after we check in, they tell us they permanently closed their pool 5 days before our travels. They could have sent an email saying that so we could decide we no longer want to stay there.

A very spacious, clean and comfortable room.

Hotel smelled awful once we got off of the elevator on the third floor. There was zero water pressure in our shower and there was hair all over the tub/shower area when we arrived. They advertise a “grab and go breakfast”, but they had pre wrapped mini muffins and granola bars, and coffee out of a machine that was thicker than molasses. I would not recommend anybody to stay at this hotel.

The hotel was horrible. The elevator was not working and the room door was not opening. Frankly, this hotel doesn’t deserve to operate in the current condition.

Absolutely awful. Funky smell coming from the A/C. Thought it was my son’s feet but it proceeded to smell. The next day, someone cooked fish and left their door open and the hallway smelled like fish the next two days. Also the pool was closed for the summer… I decided to check out early because I wanted my stay in the area to be more enjoyable. I checked out before 11am and when I had to have the Amex person call to get my money back and they tried to decline the extra days after saying I would be refunded. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone honestly.

Clean room, good service. Bad coffee

First room smelled of smoke. Hallways looked like they had not been vacuumed in years. 2nd room was cleaner, except for mold and mildew in bathroom.

Use this hotel for business. It’s not a luxury hotel but it’s great for the long stay, and better for the weary travelers who are just looking for a place to lay your head. I’m not a luxury needing person but it’s convenient to where I need to go and again comfortable for me. Love to see some carpet updates and both elevators working but I’m not picky.
