Staff was amazing

Initial room had issues and the replacement room was less than the one I booked in amenities,

A unbelievable staff that goes out of there way to help you. A clean hotel with a great location. Management and the front desk is great

Even with renovations happening, these caring the wonderful staff, ambiance, cleanliness, and comfort were all on point! Would stay again and recommend to anyone else that this is the spot!

Nothing. This was not a good place to stay. It was unfortunately understaffed and unclean. This was a disappointing place to stay.

The whole place was filthy. The trashcans in the common bathroom were overflowing, the breakfast area was dirty with food on the floor, the room was okay, but the previous Guest's name was on the "welcome sheet". The elevators had handprints on them and were dirty on the floor the entire 3 days. The halls were dingy and dirty, with stuff visibly on the floor. The front door stopped working at one point, adding to the ridiculousness of the whole thing. The breakfast was atrocious. The food was inedible, cold, and inconsistent and the seating areas were too small, with different chairs that did not match, and too few seats for the number of guests. The food area was very dirty and dingy, and lacked staff to keep it clean. The coffee was weak and watery, a very disappointing experience.

The location was great. The breakfast was good. The brooms were clean.

I wish we had been notified ahead of time that the pool was not operational

The room was large and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the coffee was good.

The pool was closed but they did offer for you to use a neighbor hotels pool. We didn't have hot water. They tried but for some reason it wasn't working.
