Hyatt Place Pittsburgh Airport - Robinson Mall

Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, and water pressure. More than decent continental breakfast, Indoor heated pool, coffee/tea bar, water cooler to refill bottles.

Found crumbs on carpet, carpet around sink was soaked so I suspected a leak, no hand soap at the sink, front desk sounded stressed yet very helpful.

Lobby needed to be updated water marks in ceiling. Other fools were also being removed building supplies in lobby

I am a loyal Hyatt repeat customer. For this hotel, I loved the free airport shuttle and the proximity to local delivery restaurants. My room was large, comfortable, and the TV worked great. The problem I had was the bed. It was bad and needs to be replaced ASAP. Fortunately, I was by myself and could sleep on the couch. The hotel was not up to the standards I'm accustomed to at other Hyatt Properties.

The hotel seems to be under renovation, but attention to cleaning their existing rooms may yield more results. I was unhappy with the level of attention paid to me by the front desk, the cleanliness of the property (including copious amounts of trash in the parking lot), and the cleanliness of my room (sink, surfaces, shower, and bed all less than clean). I will not stay here again.

This is one of the most worn out and dated Hyatt places I’ve stayed at. Bathroom is tiny - what you would expect in an NYC hotel.

A great staff, clean hotel, affordable and a great location. I stay here when I am in Pittsburgh on most of my Holistic Wealth Planning TM trips.

Lights in bathroom didn’t work and a broken lightbulb was on ground upon arrival late at night. Breakfast area was messy and not fresh

Stayed here the night before our flight. We are avid Hyatt members. Check in was fine. The carpet and the couch in the room had considerable stains. The decor in this hotel is likely the same as it was when it was built. The heater was louder than a diesel engine and sleep was hard to come by.
