stopped by to sleep for a few hours on a road trip and room was dirty, mattress stained, hair in bathroom, gross. told the staff, they did nothing, a manager was supposed to call but did not

"Run down, understaffed, depressing but with really nice staff."

the staff were really nice and the complimentary tea/coffee were above average

The lobby bathroom was consistently really dirty and needing to be restocked, various spaces were run down and needed cleaning, overall place was musty, hotel room was very small and oddly arranged, pool was average and also towels consistently not restocked, and the keycards were not working properly for most people (although they were clearly in the process of changing those to a new system)
