Overal it was good. We love this place. However, i don't understand someone working in hospitality business not greeting guests when they arrive. This is what happened Friday when we arrived at 3 pm. Not even a thank you or have a good stay after check in. Maybe she was having a bad day. We will definitely come back though.

We ended up at the Hyatt Place on a Friday night after having to leave our original hotel because of mold. I explained our situation to Ela at the front desk and asked about a "mold safe" room. She offered to let me look at rooms before finalizong the booking. The manager showed me a few rooms she thought would be best and let me choose. She even went amd re-scrubbed the bathroom while we checked in! They went above and beyond to make sure I had a safe, healthy night. The room was comfortable, clean, bright, the air smelled clean, and staff was amazing!

No on-site restaurant, pool is out of commission until further notice. Overall nice room, quiet. Shower only had two temperatures, ice cold or scalding hot. Rated 4/5 because after lots of travels my expectations are extremely low.
