Barely warm water in the shower, bed felt like a dozen adults had jumped on it until it sank in so baldy that your body is concave when lying down, very loud people in the hall at all hours, when I asked for an extra blanket the look I got made me feel like I'd requested the moon, the ac/heat made a very loud sound all night while barely working at all and breakfast was awful! everyone fighting over half a slice of dried toast and barely scraps for everyone at less than halfway through breakfast hours. Will not return, will not recommend.

No pool

Overall, it was a 'fine' hotel. The room was cheap. It was also feeling very worn. The air filters in the HVAC unit didn't fit. The sheets were showing signs of wear. The ceiling was discolored and the bathroom very very small. The front desk was friendly and the breakfast was fine. But their website shows a very nice looking pool. It's a big photo, right in the center of the screen. It lists an indoor pool as an amenity. Three different times, it says there is a pool. They are lying. There is no pool available to the guests. It is not an amenity. It hasn't been operational for years, according to the staff. But they continue to show it and mislead customers. Look, I get it, maybe you don't care about a pool, cool. Then stay here. But to intentionally mislead guests like this is awful. I have small children and an indoor pool at the end of very long drive means the world to them...I only booked here because of the photo of the pool. Then to get here, put my kids in their swimwear, and find out the pool is a lie and they just didn't update their website, is insane. They have a tiny little banner, and if you click on the 'More Info' and not the 'X' then it will tell you about the pool... But for years it's been unavailable and they will show it as of it is on the website. It's deceptive as hell. I shouldn't have to individually verify every amenity listed on the official website to ensure that it is available.

I had to kill a couple of flies in my room window
