"double charged for my stay and was given a runaround with no solution. I have yet to be refunded."

I stayed at this hotel last weekend and experienced a serious billing issue. They charged both my debit card and my credit card for the same stay. When I called to resolve it, the staff said they only have my debit card on file and that a manager would call me, but I have not received a resolution. This has been very frustrating and inconvenient. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying here until their billing practices are corrected

Woke up earlier Saturday morning cause of loud car in the loading dock. My first and last day to sleep in and I was woken up by car in front of the building loading in the hotel. There was no room cleaning.

- Booking Experience- Was charge twice and double booked. Now I have to go through a difficult process to dispute the charge - No room service was provided - Lobby restroom - Absolutely disgusting. Not possible to even step inside the restroom - Lobby coffee machine broken. No staff to attend - Room window was cracked, and sinks were totally clogged
