The location of the hotel is great. You are surrounded by everything. Food Entertainment and shopping. Front Desk at all times were friendly. The pressure in toilet was low. This caused an overflow in the bathroom more than once.

The room was clean. The room was spacious.

The room was cold, even though we adjusted the temperature. The light next too the bed was broken. The elevator had ketchup smears all over the bottom. The staff were not at the front desk to help checkouts or with breakfast with guests. Saying a simple "hello" would've been nice.
