Beautiful hotel in a great location. Very close to old town "mall" with nice gift shops, cafes and restaurants. The room was beyond expectation with its size and the bed comfort. Very good breakfast. Great facilities.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel - from the staff to the renovations that made us feel so welcome after a LOOONG trip from Ireland! We really appreciated the comfy mattress and the tasty breakfast. A huge bonus was the mini-shop that was available for snacks and drinks, as well as the close proximity to Old Town - we needed some tacos! Thank you all for providing a wonderful beginning to a great trip!

Location to Old Town. Modern interior design. Silverware instead of plastic eating utensils. Selection of breakfast. All items proper temperature. Staff friendly and offered maps. Immediately address bathroom sink drainage problem. Would stay and recommend this Hyatt.

The amount of room in the bathroom from the door to the toilet. Had to open the door, walk around the door before closing the door. If there was a shower mat on the floor, you could not open the door.

I don’t recommend staying here. There are other better options for the price. There is a loud club right outside that goes all night, there were fights outside the hotel and it smelled like weed. I expected better from Scottsdale.
