Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town

Loved the location of this hotel and the breakfast and staff were great. Definitely would recommend. It’s walking distance to anything in Old Town you’d want to do.

Amazing location, less than 5 min walk to best bars and restaurants. Very clean hotel, no construction. Staff was so kind (Dominic is the man!) and breakfast/coffee were good. Able to get a drink at hotel bar whenever needed. Late night you need a key to enter with a security officer greeting you which felt safe, nice they do that. Easy to get Ubers. Room set up was fantastic for doing work at office, has great fridge, sofa, and really big tv well situated. Will stay again and prefer it over other hotels/airbnbs in old town.

Great hotel to stay! Amenities are good and they have a bar area for drinks and light snacks which works well. Dominic is awesome and very customer oriented to ensure we have the best customer experience. Definitely would return for future visits.

Very safe area, I was able to go for an early morning walk and felt completely safe. The hotel staff were very good and ready to assist me in any way.

Big business meeting with three levels of management there. I did not make the meeting in time as they forgot to do my requested wake up call. I was 45 minutes late. I was at the front desk and the person wrote my room and time down on a napkin versus putting it into the system. I said, "I see you are writing this on a napkin, are you for sure going to remember to put it in the system?" And she answered that she would absolutely remember. But she did NOT and I looked like a fool coming into a meeting (door at the front of the room), late in front of everyone, including all of management.

Booked a king but they didn’t have it available. Only an accessible unit.

Not one Thing The breakfast was terrible I got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes Sunday the 26th we went down for breakfast at9:30 and they said it was gone

Water was shut off on Sunday from 1-3 Pool was cold and we were told it was heated!!!! Monday morning at 2;20 A.M we were woken up to a Fire Alarm and we got downstairs and they said Oh sorry it’s a false alarm!!!!! When I found out 2 days before the trip there was a renovation going on I tried to cancel and no one would answer my request!!!! Worst stay I have ever had and I paid 740.00 HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!
