Hyatt Place Scottsdale/Old Town

Great price, perfect location, comfortable bed, and great pool!

The staff were great and the room was very comfortable. The fridge in the room was helpful.

It was a little noisy at times, but not to the point that it was unbearable

This place is awesome. What makes it great are the people who work there for starters. Very helpful, engaging, and kind. The 2nd are the rooms. They do have a frig and a microwave. The rooms are a nice size with a super large television, living area, and the place is clean. Nothing fancy but just what you need to be comfortable. The only thing we would change is the lighting in the parking lot in the back if you have to park there. Change the lighting and its a go to place every single time. Its in a great location too. Thank you ladies working on 11/28/25 in the later part of the evening. Keep up the good work. Since we were able to park in the front it was simple the perfect stay. Hope to come back soon.

Hyatt Place has always been our go-to hotel while visiting Scottsdale. Clean spacious rooms, great breakfast and it's a short walk to old town. Having stayed at various hotels in the area over the years, this hotel has provided us with the best accommodations.

エレベータが工事中で１台しか使えず待ち時間が非常に長かった チェックアウト時、領収書をもらうことができなかった（メールで送ると言われたが届かず、その後booking.com経由、公式HP経由、両方で再送付を依頼したが回答なし）
