"Very Good"

The staff was helpful and friendly.

The property could definitely use some renovations, there was an odor in the hotel (room & hallways). For a suite it was a little tight and the bathroom really needed to be updated.

"Stay Away! Nothing like advertised."

Nothing, was extremely disappointed as it is not what is advertised

From the moment we arrived I was uncomfortable. The handicapped door buttons did not work. There was no one at the desk. Employee was instead sitting in the lobby and started me. The lobby area smelled of smoke/pot and they had an oil diffuser on counter to try and mask it. Checking in the employee did not know how to update my c.c. Info to the card I wanted.Going into the elevator you will notice graffiti on the door. Looks like someone tried to paint over it but it was still readable. The room itself smelled musty. It advised that it was newly renovated but it appears the only update was the paint. Speaking of paint, it was everywhere. On the wall hone, on the plate covers of lights, switches, on the bathtub. The wood furniture was all warped and the pillows were gross, yellows sweat stains, and lumpy. A $3 pillow from a big box store would have been better. The carpet was severely stained and the drapes were old, stained, and dated. When you sat on the edge of one bed it made a collapsing sound. Bed skirts were a complete mess. Not even remotely applied correctly. The couch had seen better days. Saggy, dirty, and scratched up. There was no shower curtain liner either. Had it not been a quick stop over as we traveled I would have been out of there. Breakfast was a joke. Waffle batter was thin and did not cook thru. The only serving utensils available was a ladder for gravy so everything else you needed to use your hands for. You could choose from white toast, chocolate mini muffins, instant oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, waffles, and off brand sugar cereals. Looking for anything that doesn’t involve starch/carbs just forget it. They advertise coffee and cookies available in the lobby but it was not there. When I inquired I was sent thru a door to a dark breakfast area with coffee. I suspect it had been sitting all day. As far as environmentally friendly this is not the place styrofoam plates/bowels/cups, plastic cutterly, single use toiletries.

"Deplorable. Awful. Gross"

Honestly nothing. If I were to say anything positive about this place it would be that the older lady behind the front counter seemed nice, very roll with the punches kinda lady, someone who’s worked customer service for years. But is low key kinda checked out due to management.

Everything! The first floor hallway by the lobby, pool and elevator smelled like dog pee. The first room I was put in the deadbolt lock was broken, I requested a new room, I was put in a room that hadn’t been clean yet, I requested a new room, and was given a key to someone else’s room! I was finally placed in a fourth room that was clean and at first glance seemed to be in order. However the tv remote was broken and the only button that worked was the channel up button and at night the room smelled very wet and gross.

"Worse Lodging experience"

The lobby was clean

Light covers missing in elevator and dirty . Carpet dirty with wrinkled with pieces coming up. Carpet in the room 214 and the floor had paint splattered everywhere. Had dirty walls. Looked like a drink splattered on wall. Bed sheets soiled. Toilet was running wasting water. Had to lift tank to fix each time after flushing. Window was partially opened when entering room. The street traffic was very noisy. Could hear bikes racing up and down street all night. Ice machine didn’t work on second floor. Tv remote was dead. Keys didn’t work to enter room. Had to get maintenance to let us back in. The building had excess weed growth 3ft high around building. Trash in parking lot. Dead mouse near entrance.

"Horrible and stressful"

Horrible paint job, black paint all over the carpet. The manager checking me in was rude and barely spoke to me...just snapped commands to me... the elevator was rickety, and I was afraid I was not going to make it to the second floor. I was staying there because my mother was in the hospital...I was already stressed, and this stay did not help the situation...

"THE MOST AWFUL PLACE"

I have actually requested a refund because the moment I walked in the door I got my key to my room and was absolutely disgusted when I walked in the door. Which, you would think as I booked a king suite that I would have a nice relaxing evening, however, that was not the case. There were a lot of things spilled on the walls. It seemed that were never cleaned ever, a large bug crawling on the wall and into the air-conditioning unit, the furniture looked like something that was handed down three generations in marketplace, and the carpet was wet with a bad odor. I called my husband right away and asked him to come get me and my bag, and I turned around and gave my keys back to the front desk clerk who asked me if something was wrong, and I politely declined to answer since I did not want to make a scene in front of other guests. I have since then requested a refund and have heard nothing at all from the staff.
