Residence Inn by Marriott Ann Arbor North

The ameninties were great! We had a variety of regular rooms, 1 bedroom suites and 2 bedroom suites that passed our expectations! There was NOTHING that we were lacking for our stay! We were able to use the kitchen & all the supplies in it, along with the pool, hot tub & work-out room multiple times during our stay! The ability to sit around a fire at night, use a BBQ grill that we could grill for our whole group was WAY more than we expected! They also had ample group seating that we could utilize and a large table the we used each night to play games. The staff was ALWAYS friendly, polite and asking if there was anything that we needed! They wished us well and welcomed us back each time we left. I worked with the GM, Rich, to arrange rooms for this large group that was gathered for my husbands memorial service! Rich was attentive to EVERY detail and checked with me (and our group) to make sure that everything was going ok and if we needed anything. He made sure that we knew about restaurants and grocery stores were close by (our group came from all over including, AZ & FL) so we knew where to go. I felt that the attention to detail was amazing and service was MORE than I expected or have received from other establishments in the past! You won't regret staying here!!

This location was fantastic. We stayed here for 4 nights. The breakfast was always hot and there was a great selection of options.. The house keeping staff kept the property looking pristine. The room was a great space for my family of three. If we needed anything we had only to ask the friendly staff.

This is an incredible place to stay. "100% recommended" the suites and the hotel facilities are very comfortable. I've stayed in many Marriott Bonvoy hotels with my family for 7 years so, I can say this is the most comfortable, clean, modern and beautiful hotel we have been stayed in. People is very polite! Mr. Richard Porco is a great Manager who always is pending of guest to reach Costumer Satisfaction. Once we had problems to coordinate time for housekeeping service and I claimed about anyone did not the service in my room. Mr. Porco took the responsibility and he did the service personally. He worries about guest concerns and he does everything he can do. He is a great leader and he has an excellent team. I've been stayed in this hotel for around 70 nights in this year and Totally recommended.

Richard Porco, General Manager, is incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and caring - particularly because this stay was for a medical visit at the U-M hospital nearby. He made things as easy and comfortable as possible, which means so much when having cancer treatment.

Amazingly large room. Love the furnishings. Pillows and bed very comfortable

We booked a king bed, and got one that was smaller than our queen size at home. And the mattress was way too soft.

Overall stay was great

The breakfast was not good

The kitchenette was amazing ,the living room was wonderful. Was very quiet environment and was very clean

No fault of the hotel but jacuzzi was broke down and waiting repairs. But those things happen
