Best Western Plus Meridian Inn & Suites, Anaheim-Orange

This was a very disappointing stay. We checked in around 11:00 PM after a long drive and spent our days at Disneyland, leaving very early each morning. The next day, while we were at the park, the hotel called and asked whether the air conditioning in our room was working. We had no idea what they were talking about. That phone call made it clear they already knew there was a problem with the A/C, yet they still assigned us that room without mentioning it at check-in or offering another room. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. The shower had such poor water pressure that it was difficult to wash my hair. The bathtub didn’t even have the correct drain plug, so I had to use a washcloth just to fill the tub. The bathroom sink also drained very slowly. Housekeeping and maintenance were lacking as well. There were handprints on the bottom of the full length mirror, and when you get off the elevator on the second floor, there is no signage indicating which direction the room numbers are located. I ended up walking around the entire property trying to find our room. The most frustrating part was checking out. I reported every issue to the front desk, and the employee didn’t write down a single note or show any interest in addressing the concerns. It gave me the impression that these issues are routine and unlikely to be fixed. This hotel could be much better if it focused on basic maintenance, cleanliness, and customer service. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Had 3 rooms big groups are room were not together I asked for 2 day for my trash tobe empty and clean towels Went and got my own towels and my trash never got empty we were there for 4 nights

I liked the free breakfast and the trolleys they have so people can get there things or stuff from their car in one trip.

I didn’t like how they booked us into a room that the AC was not working. They had his weight in their room for the AC to come back on because they called the maintenance guy. They had us wait from 4 PM to 1 AM until we can actually change rooms.

The room was spacious and somewhat clean

Bathroom outdated, jacuzzi was small, it was an older hotel, staff not helpful not very welcoming or accommodating and the breakfast was very very gross
