"Crooks steal my money!!!"

I booked a room for three days. Upon arriving at the hotel, I discovered a strong smell of mold in the room. I asked to cancel the reservation and receive a refund. I was told that the manager would arrive the next day and issue the refund. I then left for another hotel. However, the manager refused to refund the money without providing any explanation. I contacted Booking.com customer support five times over the course of five days, yet I still have not received my refund. Stay away from this hotel!!!
