I was not aware the are doing major construction. They put me on the same floor with the construction going on..needless to say there was lots of noise, dust, etc...going on. Very disappointing.

Great breakfast options

Requested a quiet room away from the road. Was told that this was a quiet room, but in fact, it’s on a very noisy two road intersection. Platinum elite member, not offered an upgrade. Stayed over the summer at the same hotel with the same staff member, who did not offer an upgrade and also assigned to a noisy room. This is the last time we will stay at this hotel. This hotel has no soundproofing. Road and hallway noise is terrible. They do not take care of elite members. Pick another Marriott in Bend.

The staff at the front desk was very friendly upon arrival, but that was the only nice thing about my stay. I was surprised that rooms are only serviced after the third day of your stay. I had to request a cleaning just to get the trash bins emptied. This was a room with a small kitchenette so one would assume if you are cooking, there would be food waste in the trash and before three days there would be definite smells. Also there was black mold between the back wall of the shower and the ceiling. I have stayed here in years past but I will not return. Not great quality of rooms and services for the price.

This place is a complete disaster of a hotel. It is run down. The room is shabby and outdated. My room was adjacent to the pool, which mean a loud party mere feet from the bed. Seriously, loud shouting feet from the bed into the night. The front desk was fine with that. The wifi does not work and the front desk and "tech support" did not know how to fix it. The walls are paper thin. You can hear every word in adjacent rooms. You can hear every footstep above you. It is also located in a difficult to access maze of unnavigable streets. If you are not intimately familiar with every nook of Bend, do not even attempt to get here after the sun goes down. I would never come here again or recommend it to anyone. First and foremost, a hotel should be a place you can get some sleep. Fail. Too much racket from the parties at the pool and in the rooms. Because this place is not fit for purpose, I would normally give it a 1 of 5 rating. But, with better management it could be usable. Fix up the rooms. Don't throw loud parties feet from guest's beds. Get the wifi working. Basic stuff like that and this place could be a solid 3 of 5. For the promise of what could be, I gave an unearned extra star.

The hotel is older but clean . We asked for a quiet room and she said no problem … while that was a joke … we could hear the street noise and the person walking above . So we were very disappointed. The hotel has a kitchenette. With full fridge, microwave , dishwasher and two stove burner. The break fest was above average , pears apples , yogurt, oat and almond milk , gluten free items , cereal , make your own waffles , scrambled eggs and egg sausage sandwiches . Coffee , hot water in the lobby all the time . The bed was comfortable … just wish we would of had a better room

The breakfast was top notch with so much variety and many options even gluten free breads. Area was safe, nice, quiet, staff were super friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend and will return when in town.
