Outstanding customer service, super clean, very helpful front desk staff, so kind, cleaning crew/ housekeeping top notch. Feels safe!! Great kitchens which I appreciate having celiac. Breakfast even has Udis gluten free wrapped, safe from gluten contamination, gluten free muffins and whole fruit. Entire staff exceptional. Super customer service. Treat to be here!! Thank you!

Excellent hotel, extremely clean & comfortable with outstanding food. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly reception staff Ms. Lynn; she made our trip more enjoyable with her advice & tips about the city, supermarket, shops, restaurants bars are within walking distance. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again, Lynn, for going just that little step extra for the guests!!

Older property, nice view of the parking lot 😂. Bed was OK, pretty firm. The bathroom was TINY! You had to step in, turn to rven close the door.

They were great! Beautiful, clean room with everything I needed. Delicious breakfast and coffee. Friendly helpful staff - wish I could have stayed longer!

We had a good stay at this hotel. The only comments that you might want to be aware of are the small size of the bathroom, very little counter space, and the fact that there are no USB ports in the room, only regular electrical plugs. We were able to borrow a brick since we had multiple devices and did not have bricks for all of them.

Nice comfortable room, friendly staff, good breakfast choices, lots of nearby dining options and short drives to Bend area shopping and activities.

Mattresses wee bad, a lot of pocketing. Gave me a sore upper back. I had them rotate the mattress after the first night, but it was still bad after the next night.

Very nice place to stay. Would definitely book a room again.

The staff was very friendly loved the hotel my room was clean and breakfast was great centralized location easy to get to different places like restaurants and fitness centers and the mountain for snow activities.
