Freindly staff, nice complimentary breakfast, plenty of of amenities in the room.

The room had an overall funk of a room that has not been deep cleaned or properly aired out in a very long time. - The carpet is torn, has holes, is threadbare, and dirty. No amount of vacuuming will fix this. A new carpet is the only solution! - The mattress was very hard and we could not get any decent sleep. - The shower control was loose and looked like it could come off at any moment, which also made it difficult to control water temperature. Showers were either too cold or scalding hot. - There was an abundance of noise from the hallway and other rooms which makes one think the walls are improperly soundproofed. - Raul and the staff at the front desk as well as the wonderful lady preparing the breakfast were very nice and eager to be of service. Very nice and genuinely friendly people! Overall, the people are very good but the room itself was way below par. I do not recommend this property. Spend the extra $20 - $30 a night and choose another hotel!

This was our 4th trip to Bend to visit with family and enjoy the area. This is the best place for us! 5 adults and two small/medium dogs stayed for a week. Very clean rooms! Not particularly fancy but very functional and comfortable! We stayed in a suite that had two beds and a sofa bed along with a kitchenette and two bathrooms. The photos in the booking showed a large fridge but the small one ended up being enough, as we ate out most of the time. The sofa bed had an ottoman making it easy to relax before bedtime and doubled as a coffee table with the wooden cover. There was also an accent chair, and a large dining table with two chairs. The kitchenette was handy, as family wanted a couple of home-cooked meals (they are young adults now). Dishware provided as well as cookware and utensils. Dishwasher, dish soap and dishwasher detergent were provided, as well as dish towels and kitchen towels. The free breakfast was a good start to the day. But we ate a couple of times at the Original Pancake House sharing the same parking lot! It was amazingly good. The orange juice tasted fresh-squeezed. Coffee and tea always available in the lobby, but drip coffee makers only in the room. Prepared for this, we brought filters and ground coffee, but the hotel coffee was not actually bad. Beds are very comfortable, bedding was also comfy. Location was excellent! Did not use the pool, tubed the river, instead! Laundry room was good. Lots of dogs, pet friendly, and not one whiff of them!

The staff was great. Very nice and helpful. Our bed was ok except it was under the window and the curtains were on our heads unless we scooted down or opened them. Could also hear everything in the room next door. The furniture didn't really fit the space and TV was the size of a computer monitor.

I really enjoyed this property and my room. Everything from the excellent service and friendly staff to the cleanliness of the room and property. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heartbeat.
