"Overall good experience with friendly staff and comfortable room."

The room was clean and comfortable; the breakfast was good as it was made to order and not a buffet style so that was nice. Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was quiet.

The hotel is a little outdated with some wear and tear. Half of the channels on the TV didn't work and my room did get a little humid at one point during the stay.

"STEAL your MONEY when you check out early"

Checked out 1 day early and when I tried to get a reciept at the front desk was told they would email it to me. They could not print it out since the printer was working. Figured I was going to get charged for the extra night with these excuses and sure enough - I have been. Tried to resolve it with an email to miguel with no sucess - just got a response with the final bill. Tried to resolve it with IHG live chat on 4-29-2026 - response from Byron was he would get back with me with 48 hours - NOTHING HAPPENED. Tried to follow up with IHG live chat on 5-2-2026 with Abby she told me to contact hotel and if I was not happy to call 800-621-0555. DONT STAY at this hotel - DEFINATELY NOT the hotel the pictures show and NOT the SERVICE any guest SHOULD receive and be dealing with. They may be lacking funds and are scamming people out of money.
