The staff are so friendly and go out of their way to help you. The place was so close to the MCG. Cafe staff also amazing!

Location is fantastic when you have family at the Epworth hospital. Good food nearby.

Very noisy - could easily hear outside road noise and people. Would like to have some milk in fridge.

"Electr proof is a fail. All I submitted would have been enough to find me I'd the room was trashed."

Close to hospital

The booking and id process was herendest nearly 2 hrs back and forth. Older people are not equipped to use mobile phones to upload proof etc.
