Great freshly cooked english breakfast (with vegetarian and vegan options). Beautiful waterfall in the backyard. Lovely owners, very welcoming, accommodating, and friendly + really adorable doggy called Haymish. The room was cozy and warm with a view of Windermere Lake just across the road. 10-minute walk at most to reach Bowness-on-Windermere, leave your car in the free parking and explore. Overall was a 10/10 service and experience.

Excellent and generous breakfast, well set up for the day. Home made preserves and honey. Good space for parking/turning. Relaxed set up.

"What an absolute gem!"

Everything about this place is delightful. Beautiful room and view. Exceptional gardens with waterfall. Near to town centre but far enough away to remain tranquil. We just love it here!

Not the property, no street lighting at all walking back, pitch black so used torch.
