Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan

I always choose to stay at Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan whenever I visit the city, and this time was no exception—even though it was just a short, one-night visit. As always, the hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and tidy environment, making my stay comfortable and pleasant. I would especially like to highlight the exceptional hospitality of Fitria, the lobby ambassador. Her warm welcome and attentive service made me feel truly valued as a guest. Experiences like this are the reason I keep coming back. Thank you to the entire team for maintaining such high standards of service and cleanliness. Highly recommended!

Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan is a comfortable and modern hotel on a walking distance from Balikpapan airport. I’ve only stayed there 1 night but was really impressed by the service. As mentioned above the hotel is on a walking distance from the airport. It normally takes about 15 minutes to get there on foot (if you only have a hand luggage, of course). Please ignore taxi and motorbike drivers’ requests as many of them will try to overcharge you and the hotel is really around the corner. Check-in was quick. Receptionist was very friendly. I’ve also got a room upgrade free of charge. Room was super spacious, clean and in excellent condition. Breakfast was free and the selection of meals was outstanding. There were plenty of free tables also. I highly recommend this property!

Hotel is near to the Airport

Excellent facility - while the outside environment is not as "green" (anymore) as in the promotional photo. Friendly and helpful staff starting with a complimentary airport pick up. Very good breakfast selection, but the great coffee served would taste even better if croissants were fresh... The pool is relatively small, but fully sufficient for a morning exercise. Can recommend without any hesitation.

The best hotel in town. Good stay, good experience, and the food is amazingly delicious. We had training in here and has been arranged in very nice way. Not everything is perfect but they close it in the best way. Thanks for mba Herawati for the assistance from very beginning till the end. All the team member of Four Point Hotel : mas Putra, mas Iqbal, mba Ika, the chef, mas Rustang and others that we could not say it one by one. Well done everyone..keep up the good work..

A great choice for my business trips to Balikpapan, Rooms are ample spacious and super clean , modern. Hotel staff is quite friendly and co operative , food is also good and I have a few favoties from their menu , Bed and pillows are also comfy , their suite rooms are really nice too . I was not able to get the invoice from the hotel as I booked the hotel stay from booking.com and told me to get it from booking.com. I did not faced this issue with another hotel that I stayed in Jakarta when I booked it under booking.com. Think they will need to align with booking.com about this issue.
