Le ménage n a pas été fait pendant les 5 jours où nous avons séjourné dans l hôtel Bien que plusieurs fois j en ai fait la demande À notre départ nous avons eu pour seul retour leurs excuses et ont insisté pour que nous prenions un chocolat voila de bien étranges façons de fonctionner

A satisfying stay experience, clean room, a wide variety of breakfast options, a decent swimming pool facility, but no pool towels provided. The food and drinks at the restaurant were delicious.

I have been staying in this hotel since it first started , the hotel is clean , with excellent very helpful staff and excellent service

If I get the chance, I’d definitely stay here again! I stayed in the Deluxe Premium Pool View room—so good! The room was spacious, and the service from all the staff was amazing. But the real highlight? The breakfast—super complete and seriously delicious. Very kid-friendly too, with a big pool and a playground. Totally worth it. Out of all my stays in Balikpapan, this has been my best experience by far. Thank you, Four Points!

My first time checked in the Four Points Hotel. I impressed by the crew services, various breakfast, and the room cleanliness. As you know Four Points is part of Marriott Group and Four Points Balikpapan has maintained the standard very well. I forgot to pack my laundry and left behind in the room when I checked out. Few hours later, I’ve been contacted by Mr Rendy and Mr Arif from the concierge. They helped to deliver the clothes to my house. Very professional and fast response.

Best in town. Near airport. Quite surrounding. Best place to recharge your enegy for the next morning. Not mentioning the FnB are outstanding

My wife and I stayed here on two occasions. The hotel is modern. The room was very comfortable. The food we ate was fantastic. The staff were professional, pleasant and very welcoming. We booked the hotel transfer from the airport. We had a comfortable mini bus with complimentary water. The driver insisted on carrying our bags from the arrivals hall to the hotel reception and then onward to our room. He couldn’t do enough to help. An excellent hotel close to the airport. I would definitely stay there again.

It was my first time to stay over night for two nights in the Premium room of Four Points by Sheraton Balikpapan. Very interesting place which is impressive interior and facility available in the hotel, such as : Near to the airport, quite or not noisy location, large space, clean room, comfortable bed, good shower with hot & cold water supply, large restaurant completed with various type of National and western food included snacks (many choices to eat) served by friendly staff. Gym has sufficient equipment to do exercises, check in on arrival and check out well managed.
