My preferred choice for Balikpapan when I am there for business! The staff are amazing and the rooms are clean and spacious!! Close proximity to the airport is a bonus. Live music on weekends and bbq buffet as well!

Vicinissimo all' aeroporto. Comodo per 1 notte. La stanza è spaziosa, letto matrimoniale comodo. C'è un bar-ristorante all'interno che ha un'ottima scelta ed è sempre aperto. Colazione molto buona, parecchia varietà. Personale attento e gentile.

La prima stanza che ci hanno dato puzzava di umidità, la seconda affacciava sul parcheggio ed era molto rumorosa per via dei motorini parcheggiati sotto la finestra.

Thank you for a great hospitality. All staffs are very friendly and kindly. Poolside room was very quiet (there is mosque on another side, from early morning, adhan’s sound is coming from speakers).

"Excellent Breakfast Buffet & Location"

The hotel's location is perfect, right across from the airport. The free evening pickup service from the airport was a good service that made our arrival easy and stress-free. The room is spacious and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was a major highlight. The variety was outstanding, with a huge selection of hot and cold dishes, including many meat and vegetable options. There were also fresh fruit juices and a great dessert bar. The breakfast was excellent value for money, and I highly recommend adding this option to your stay.

We wanted the free shuttle to the airport. Two days before, the staff said it would be available. The day before, they said the first shuttle was at 7 a.m. Our flight was at 7 a.m. We needed to be at the airport at 5 a.m. The staff then booked us three Bluebird taxis for 4:30 a.m. The drivers did not use the meters. The fare was 24,000 to 28,000 Rupiah per taxi. It was an unexpected cost.
